Watch when and what you eat. We suggest eating right after you wake up and within 30 minutes after your workout. Suitable for your post workout needs are plenty of proteins and minerals. Both are very very important. We suggest fresh vegetables, chicken, tuna and steaks. Try to eat not too fat and not too late. Do not eat within the last 4 hours before you go to bed.

Combine cardio and weight lifting. If you focus on muscle mass and you want to build muscles, do cardio after your workout routine. Of course you can warm-up before you go to the weight lifting section but do not overdo it. The problem with aerobic exercises is, that they make you tired. You do not need to feel sleepy before weight lifting, right? Try to keep in mind that your body burns muscle mass more likely than fat. If you want to reduce fat and grow muscles start stepping and running when you have finished the tough part.
